Walker & Waterer are an established independent Hampshire Estate Agents.

Founded in the millennium year of 2000, we are a thriving and successful company specialising in residential sales, investment property, land and new homes. We work with one simple aim which is to provide our customers with the best quality and value service in & around South Hampshire.

We cover a wide area of Hampshire's towns and villages between the cities of Southampton and Portsmouth.

Ben Waterer

Director

Ben has been working in Estate agency since 1994 and has had a highly successful career working for top independent estate agents in the local areas. Having seen a need for a high quality service, and real commitment within the sector, he and fellow director Paul Walker decided to open their own company to offer people looking to move just that. Out of work, Ben enjoys playing and watching football, fishing, reading, and has very keen interest in the latest technologies, especially the latest gadgets. He is married to his wife Katie, and has two children, Lucy and Ronnie. They have settled down in the village of Warsash.

Paul Walker

Director

Paul brings with him vast business acumen; he has had a number of successful companies before , but now spends the majority of his time overseeing our busy Whiteley office. Paul definitely knows the moving process inside out, having personally bought and sold more than 15 properties over the years, and as far as we know holds the record, for moving his family 6 times in 3 years! He lives in Locks Heath with his family; he has two sons, Bradley and Kyle, his wife Nicky, and not forgetting his German Shepherd dog Hendrix.

Tom Clarkson

Sales Director

Tom joined the company at its inception and has been a crucial member of the team ever since. He knows the workings of the business inside out, just like he knows the local area. It made sense for Tom to become even more involved with the business, so in 2013 he invested in the company and is now a part owner, now having even more input into the company he helped shape. He has always had a very keen interest in the housing market, and after having worked in the industry since 1996, remains as enthusiastic now as the day he started. His real passion though is his beloved Tractor Boys, and Tom will follow Ipswich Town all over the country. Tom lives locally, in the village of Whiteley with wife Helen & son’s Dexter and Bobby.

Caroline Clifton

Sales Negotiator

Caroline has a banking background of over 20 years and brings with her a vast knowledge of the local area. She helps keep our vendors up to date with viewings and sales chasing. In her spare time Caroline enjoys Pilates and modern jiving which she has been doing for 10 years, although is yet to show it off at the Christmas party.

Kelly Price

Senior Administrator / Sales Negotiator

Kelly has been with the company over eight years now getting involved in all aspects of the business; sales, lettings & admin. Kelly has lived in Whiteley since she was born so truly knows the local area. She is a highly valued & accomplished part of the team in Whiteley. In her spare time Kelly loves to socialise, usually with a glass of prosecco or two! She is a keen music lover enjoying gigs & festivals but still likes her downtime spent with friends & family.

Sarah Jeffery

Lettings Manager

Sarah has worked within the estate agency business since 1993 and has enjoyed time working for both independent agents and corporate agents alike. Having started her career as a sales negotiator in the local area she now heads up our sucessful Lettings department in the popular Whiteley office where she enjoys the challenges and diversity that the role brings. A proud mum of two grown up daughters, in her spare time she likes to relax with her feet up watching a movie and sipping on a Gin and Tonic!

Olivia Short

Sales Progressor / Negotiator

Olivia (Liv) joined the company in 2024 at our Park Gate branch as a sales negotiator/progressor. Having previously worked as an Events Co-ordinator and as an Emergency Call Handler, Liv has excellent organisational and customer service skills. Outside of work Liv enjoys going on holidays and travelling.

Maisie Barrow

Lettings Negotiator

Maisie joined the company in 2023 to help with the sales and lettings within the business, but soon found she was working more and more with the lettings and has now become a crucial and valuable member of the team helping tenants find their next home, and dealing with the whole process of moving them in to their new home.

Carol Daniels

Part Time Sales Negotiator

Carol works every Saturday from either of our Branches.

Rebecca Sibley

Part Time Sales Negotiator

Rebecca works every other weekend, in both our offices.

Katie Waterer

Property Inspector

Katie carries out the inspections of all our managed rental properties. She carries out these inspections on a regular basis to make sure that the property is being well looked after and to make sure all maintenance works needed are reported and can then be dealt with.
